MISSION STATEMENT: The Massage Therapy in Bangor mission is to optimize your health and wellness and provide a friendly atmosphere where you can achieve your health goals. I employ multiple modalities including John Barnes' Myofascial Release, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Lymphatic Massage, Reiki, Acutherapy, Thai, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Shiatsu, Polarity, Reflexology, Prenatal, Infant/Child, Seniors, Aromatherapy, Facelift Massage, and Seated Massage. I also will work with your medical physician, osteopathic physician, chiropractor, nurse practitioner or other healthcare providers (massage therapist, physical therapist, acupuncturist, occupational therapist, nutritionist, trainer, etc). Many of my clients are referred from these providers.

MY PHILOSOPHY: My philosophy is service with a smile. I expect you to get well under my care and I will refer to other providers if you are not receiving the results I expect. I am dedicated to you feeling and functioning the best you can. I expect to help you prevent future injury and illness. I am cost effective and I don't feel that you need to keep coming in for treatment unnecessarily.
